The Milton Historical Society is pleased to announce our Facility Room Rental Program. Details are as follows for our Carriage Room:

Adult Carriage Room Rental:

Located in Historic Downtown Milton, close to public parking lots and numerous restaurants.

Room size is suitable for small adult board/executive meetings, adult workshops and adult lecture type meetings up to 25 seated.

Available weekdays, evenings and weekends.

General Information

Insurance required for all rentals ($2 million general liability) – a copy of your group policy or rider under your personal insurance will be required.

A visit to the facility in person prior to rental is required to ensure it meets your needs and rental fees.

    Weekends $20.00 per hour
  • Commercial Groups:
    Weekdays $40.00 per hour
    Weekends $60.00 per hour
  • Non-Profit Community / Clubs:
    Weekdays $17.00 per hour
    Weekends $20.00 per hour
  • For-Profit Groups:
    Weekdays $20.00 per hour
    Weekends $25.00 per hour
